For most companies when we get to the 1st of January, budgets and objectives reset and it&#8217;s like we start life afresh. It is time to kick off your goals for the year and re-energise your team. But at the same time, all the problems we didn&#8217;t solve last year are still lurking there waiting to slow us down.<\/p>\n<p>Why not kick off the new year by solving some of the things that hold you back year after year.<\/p>\n<p>What are the unresolved issues you are bringing into the new year?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>maybe you need to build the capability of your people to cope with hybrid and virtual working<\/li>\n<li>maybe you have too many meetings, or the ones you run lack interactivity and participation<\/li>\n<li>maybe people are uncertain about how to navigate organisational change or complexity<\/li>\n<li>maybe people are feeling that their work doesn&#8217;t have meaning or purpose<\/li>\n<li>maybe you are restructuring and need to build new teams and networks to get things done<\/li>\n<li>maybe you need to improve your employee engagement scores<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Whatever your challenge, you can reenergise your team by actually solving some of these problems and not carrying them into 2023 and beyond. It doesn&#8217;t need to be this way and from nearly 30 years of experience in implementing new ways of working we have lots of practical tools that can help.<\/p>\n<p>The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. If you want to break out of the cycle, it&#8217;s time to do something new.<\/p>\n<p>It makes a great topic for your team kick off or leadership conference and shows that you are continuing to invest in people even though times are tough<\/p>\n<p>Why not give us a call and discuss how you want to make a change for 2023.
