We ran over 150 workshops in September alone on hybrid working!<\/p>\n<p>We are running a free 60-minute open webinar about <strong>hybrid working<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can register the for the event <a href=\"https:\/\/www.global-integration.com\/insights\/leading-people-in-a-hybrid-environment-free-webinar\/\">here<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hybrid working is here, but what are the implications for people leadership and collaboration? Topics to be covered include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How to lead a conversation with your team about the pattern of hybrid working that works best for them<\/li>\n<li>Identifying some of the key factors in creating engaging hybrid meetings, where some people are in the room and others join remotely<\/li>\n<li>Understanding some of the new challenges in leading people in a hybrid world<\/li>\n<li>Exploring a road map of hybrid skills development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The workshop will be led by our CEO Kevan Hall who developed the world\u2019s first remote and virtual teams training 27 years ago and is co-author of our recent book <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.global-integration.com\/insights\/leading-remote-and-virtual-teams\/\">Leading remote and virtual teams<\/a> \u2013 <em>managing yourself and others in remote and hybrid teams or when working from home<\/em><\/strong>. The web seminar is based on our expertise in training over 100,000 people around the world in these skills and fully updated for learnings during the pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>Please feel free to forward this to any colleagues inside or outside your organisation who do you think might find this useful.
