These factors will become either the biggest enabler OR the biggest barrier to our digital transformation.<\/p>\n<p>We show how to close this potential digital gap and adopt new technologies more quickly.<\/p>\n<p>The second <strong>is supercharged digital collaboration <\/strong>\u2013 collaboration continues to become more complex in virtual, matrixed, agile and digital teams \u2013 people are working on and switching between multiple teams. They are working in fast moving and fragmented agile and digital teams. If anything, we are suffering from collaboration overload with too many meetings and too many people involved in decisions.<\/p>\n<p>We show our participants how to cut through this complexity to improve their focus on added value collaboration and cut out the rest<\/p>\n<p>Third is the need to <strong>Deliver everything faster <\/strong>\u2013 digital evolves quickly, we need to constantly cut out waste in leadership and collaboration and accelerate delivery. We apply lean and agile principles to accelerating the way people work and deliver results.<\/p>\n<p>Fourth is <strong>Iterative working <\/strong>\u2013 agile and digital working is about accelerated learning and testing, using minimal viable product, fast iteration, agile methods and accelerated failure.<\/p>\n<p>This is a major challenge for organisations used to high levels of control and getting it right first time. There may also be areas of your business when this approach is positively dangerous.<\/p>\n<p>We help people understand where iterative working fits and how to apply it to accelerate learning and deliver results fast.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, we look at moving from <strong>hierarchy to network and shared leadership <\/strong>\u2013 agile and digital working relies on autonomous teams and much more horizontal collaboration that cuts across the traditional silos of business units, functions and geographies to serve customers. Traditional hierarchy is too slow and inflexible to cope with this speed and customer orientation.<\/p>\n<p>We introduce practical tools to help people build and activate their networks to get things done, and to enable shared leadership to emerge in their teams.<\/p>\n<p>Do you recognise these five challenges?
