Unbelievably, it’s already time for a reminder that the next workshop, the last scheduled for 2014, falls on June 17.<\/p>\n
Most organizations have some form of matrix management – geographic\/product overlaps; branded products with conflicts brand managers and market sector or channel managers pulled by different loyalties; tensions between key account managers and regional sales people; central functions, like HR and Finance and more.<\/p>\n
Matrix management has replaced old-fashioned line management as the management norm. This one-day workshop explores different forms of matrix structure, why they exist and offers a taster of\u00a0\u00a0how to effectively manage within them.<\/p>\n
Matrix structures expert, Andrew Campbell, will take the morning session, whilst matrix management expert Kevan Hall will take the afternoon in this session designed for managers, leaders, HR professionals and organizational design specialists working within matrix organizations, although it will also be useful for management consultants, strategic planners and business managers in complex organizations.<\/p>\n
