However, following on from recent, successful open access courses in matrix organizations, we are again joining forces with Ashridge Business School<\/a> (in the UK) to deliver\u00a0a one-day workshop exploring the different forms of matrix structure, why they exist and how managers within these structures can be effective.<\/p>\n

In the morning, Andrew Campbell<\/a>\u00a0of Ashridge Business School will lead a session on\u00a0matrix structures, and in the afternoon, Kevan Hall of Global Integration<\/a> will lead a session on m<\/span>atrix management.<\/p>\n

The workshop is designed for managers working, leading or helping design and\/or develop matrix organizations<\/a>. Experience has shown that participants are likely to include human resources professionals: business partners, OD (organization development) specialists and organization consultants. It is also suitable for management consultants, strategic planners and business managers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Both presenters are thought leaders in the field of matrix organizations and are accomplished trainers\/presenters.<\/p>\n
